TEMPO.CO, Surabaya - East Java Police confirmed the sting operation (OTT) conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to the officials in Pasuruan City, Thursday, October 4.
Head of East Java Police Public Relations, Senior Commissioner Frans Barung Mangera, confirmed the news. “Right, there was OTT in Pasuruan City this morning,” Barung said on Thursday, October 4.
When asked whether the Mayor of Pasuruan was also examined, Barung did not want to comment in detail. “Pasuruan Police gave a place to the KPK to examine Pasuruan officials,” he said.
From the circulating information, the Public Works and Public Housing Agency (PUPR) of the Pasuruan City Administration has been sealed by the KPK. “It’s been said, about the officials, that is the authority of the KPK,” he said.
