TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Toll road infrastructure company Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu (JLB) announced an initial bond issuance of the PT JLB BOND I worth Rp1.3tn. President director Fatchur Rochman said the bonds proceeds will be used to settle debts.
"The bond issuance proceeds will be used to settle a syndicated debt of Rp1.190 trillion, and the rest will be used to work on toll projects and maintenance," he said during an expose at the IDX building, Friday, Sep 21.
The bonds were offered from September 14 to 17. Two bonds were issued; the 3-year Series A and the 5-year Series B. The company offers a 10.65-percent annual interest—the first yield will be paid on December 20 this year.

In 2017, JLB booked Rp485.4bn revenues and Rp147.7bn profits.
