“The governor really understands the program and quite details. I have faith in him that he can [continue the program],” said Sandiaga Uno who was now accompanying Prabowo Subianto in the 2019 Presidential Election.
Jakarta Trade, SMEs, and Cooperation Agency head Irwandi assured the OK OCE program would not be hinder despite the resignation of the initiator. Sandiaga Uno had also entrusted the program to him. “He [Sandiaga] asks to quicken the process,” said Irwandi.
Irwandi explained OK OCE program was listed in the Jakarta's mid-term development plan (RPJMD) and that was ratified by Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD). Hence the program would be continued unless there were changes in regional regulation.
