TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The former Jakarta Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno handed over all his unfinished programs to Governor Anies Baswedan. Sandi said he counted on Anies to actualize the program he had initiated.

Sandiaga Uno did not deny the reports saying he had not completed his works, especially the economic programs that were driven by him thus far. “I admit [my programs] have not been finished, far from the completion,” said Sandiaga as quoted from Tempo Newspaper August 13th edition.

However, Sandiaga Uno added, he had prepared the foundation to complete the planned programs, including the program system and mechanism. For example, the preparation of the revolving loans service for Jakartans who willing to start a business through his program OK OCE.

“The governor really understands the program and quite details. I have faith in him that he can [continue the program],” said Sandiaga Uno who was now accompanying Prabowo Subianto in the 2019 Presidential Election.

Jakarta Trade, SMEs, and Cooperation Agency head Irwandi assured the OK OCE program would not be hinder despite the resignation of the initiator. Sandiaga Uno had also entrusted the program to him. “He [Sandiaga] asks to quicken the process,” said Irwandi.

Irwandi explained OK OCE program was listed in the Jakarta's mid-term development plan (RPJMD) and that was ratified by Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD). Hence the program would be continued unless there were changes in regional regulation.
