TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk. through its subsidiary PT Info Media Digital, which manages the Tempo.co news portal, establishes a cooperation in the media sector with a financial technology (fintech) company, PT Veritra Sentosa Internasional (Treni) known as the PayTren application. The collaboration is part of the D series funding of Tempo.co.

The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) took place in Ruang & Tempo, the co-working space managed by Tempo and Kibar on the 8th floor of Tempo Building, Jalan Palmerah 8, Jakarta, Wednesday 8 August.

“Tempo sees PayTren as a community from various backgrounds, not only parents, workers, but also contains young people who are dynamic and develop themselves with strong networking skills. The spirit of changing things to be better is clearly seen in the leader, Ustadz Yusuf Mansur,” said Toriq Hadad, President Director of PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk when signing the memorandum.

“Tempo feels proud to be a partner of this passionate group. I am sure Tempo and PayTren will jointly make the community and Indonesia to be better. With a total of 3 million PayTren members, the existence of PayTren is a strategic partner for Tempo,” said Toriq.

In the same place, PayTren’s Founder and Owner, Yusuf Mansur, explained that investing in Tempo.co was an opportunity to provide great benefits to the community.

PayTren is eager to have a share of Tempo, not just enjoying the news. Not only offered, we have to ask: can we have a share? Yes, Bismillah,” said Yusuf Mansur.
