TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister (PANRB) Asman Abnur has reminded all state employees, both civil apparatuses (ASN) and civil servants (PNS), to start working tomorrow. “I remind all state apparatuses, work days begin on Thursday, June 21, as usual,” he said today in a written statement.
Asman asked all civil apparatuses to be grateful for the government's decree for giving them a more prosperous life by improving their work performance and public service quality. “It is expected many regulations issued by President Jokowi during Eid al-Fitr this year can spur our spirit and motivation to furnish the best services for the public,” he said.

Asman lauded all state apparatuses, Indonesian Military soldiers and National Police members who fulfilled their duties on public spaces during the Eid joint leave. “While others are on leave, you stay to serve the public. Thank you for your sincerity and sacrifice. May Allah bless you,” he said.
Asman issued a letter No. B/18/M.SM.00.01/2018 dated June 7, 2018, on the report of state apparatus presence following the Eid 1439 H joint leave to Working Cabinet Ministers, TNI commander, Police Chief, Attorney General, Non-Ministerial Government Institutions, State Institution Secretariat heads, Non-Structural Institutions Secretariat heads, governors, and mayors/regents.

Asman also called on all government institutions to monitor the presence of state apparatuses on the first-day work after the Eid joint leave on June 21, 2018, and report the results to the ministry within the same day. The report will then be published online via sidina.menpan.go.id.
