“We already anticipated and optimized the network quality by operating more than 2,900 new 4G BTS and also putting 19 mobile BTS (COMBAT) on major homecoming routes and favorite tourist destinations,” Ririn said in a written statement on Tuesday, June 12.

“Now the customers are able to enjoy the Telecommunication services such as Phonecall, SMS, and internet, smoothly,” said Ririn.
To anticipate the high usage of internet in the crowded center and tourist attractions, Ririn said, Telkomsel strengthened its best network in a number of malls, places of worship, and tourist locations in the Greater Jakarta and West Java.
Telkomsel also set up the service stations in the form of 91 GraPARI, 63 MOGI (Mobile GraPARI), and has opened 127 posts of services and sales spread over the main locations in Homecoming Route and Tour Locations in Telkomsel Greater Jakarta and West Java operational area.
Ririn said Telkomsel cooperates with Pertamina for the payment of fuel at every gas station. With payments using T-cash, customers will get a discount of 10 percent.
