TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) questioned four people from the private sector in the bribery and graft case entangling Mojokerto Regent Mustofa Kamal Pasa as a suspect.
"They will be examined as the witnesses for Mustofa Kamal Pasa," said KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah, in a written statement on Tuesday, May 8.
The four people are the President Director of PT Tower Bersama Herman Setia Budi, two employees of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), Rinaldy Santosa and Indra Mardhani and Nabiel Titawano from the private sectors.

KPK has named the Permit and Regulatory Division Head of PT Tower Bersama Ockyanto and the Director of Operations of PT Protelindo Onggo Wijaya as the bribe suspects.
KPK Deputy Chairman Laode M. Syarif said his office previously received reports from the locals. The anti-graft agency also conducted a series of investigation and search in 20 offices and agencies, 4 companies, and 7 private homes in Mojokerto, Surabaya, and Malang on April 23-27, 2018, where they seized about Rp4 billion and a number of documents from the search.
In addition, KPK seized five jet skis and six cars belonging to Mustafa. The six cars were two Toyota Innova, Subaru, Honda CR Rover, and Daihatsu pick up.
In addition to the bribery case, the anti-graft agency suspected that Mojokerto Regent Mustofa Kamala Pasa had received gratuities worth Rp3.7 billion together with Head of Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Mojokerto regency Zainal Abidin.
KPK suspected the graft was related to the projects in the Mojokerto Regency. "One of them is in the road construction project in Mojokerto in 2015," said Laode.
