TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The intimidation incident during Sunday's car-free day (CFD) by a group of people donning #2019GantiPresiden (#2019ChangethePresident) T-shirts has now entered the legal domain.
One of the victims, Stedi Repki Watung (36), reported the incident to the Jakarta Police.
"The incident in the CFD on Sunday, April 29, was a very embarrassing act for Indonesia in the eyes of the world,” said Bambang Sri Pujo, Stedi's attorney, at the Jakarta Police headquarters in South Jakarta, Monday, April 30.

According to Bambang, there was actually another person who wanted to file a police report for the same incident but failed to do so due to lasting psychological trauma.
Stedi brought a copy of the viral video on YouTube as evidence to complete his report, which was registered under the police report number LP/2363/IV/2018/PMJ/Dit.Reskrimum dated April 30, 2018.
