TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The State-owned Enterprises Ministry will restructure Pertamina’s board of directors at the shareholders meeting today. President Director Elia Massa Manik is among those to be removed.
The Ministry’s mining sector, strategic industries and media deputy, Fajar Harry Sampurno, said there were five directors from the state-owned oil and gas company that would be replaced, viz. the president director, mega project director, director of processing, director of asset and marketing, and corporate director.

“In the meantime, the acting president director-cum-human resources director is Ms Nicke [Nicke Widyawati], pending the appointment of a definitive official,” he said at the ministry’s office in Jakarta on Friday, April 20, 2018.
Harry added the ministry had designated successors to fill the vacancies, viz. processing director Budi Santoso Sarif, corporate marketing director Basuki Trikora Putra, retail marketing director Masud Hamid, asset management director Haryo Junianto, processing and petrochemical megaproject director Heru Setiawan, and infrastructure and logistics director Gandy Sri Widodo.

Harry said the restructuring was part of the ministry’s efforts to expedite the formation of a holding company in the oil and gas sector. “Secondly, we’ve monitored the latest developments on the pipe accident in Balikpapan and fuel scarcity.”
