Air Chief Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto Rotates Military Top Brass

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - National Armed Forces (TNI) commander Air Chief Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto has transferred and promoted nine officers of the Indonesian military.
“A rotation at TNI is conducted to fulfill TNI’s needs and career training of high-rangking officers to keep up with TNI's duties, which are becoming more complex and dynamic,” TNI spokesman Col. Inf. Bedali Harefa said on Monday, March 19.

The assignment was based on the TNI Commander Decree No. Kep/247/III/2018 dated March 19, 2018. In the letter, the officers to be transferred include seven officers from the Army, an officer from the Navy, and another officer from the Air Force. They are:
1. Maj. Gen. Doni Monardo from the Commander of the Siliwangi III Regional Military Command to become General Secretary of the National Defence Board.
2. Maj. Gen. Besar Harto Karyawan from the Commander of the Army Aviation Center (Puspenerbad) to become Commander of the Siliwangi III Regional Military Command.
3. Brig. Gen. Stephanus Tri Mulyono from the Commander of the Udayana IX Regional Military Command to become Commander of the Army Aviation Center.
4. Brig. Gen. Kasuri from Special Staff to the Army's Chief of Staff to become the Chief of Staff at the Udayana IX Regional Military Command.
5. Brig. Gen. Bambang Sutomo from Finance Inspector of the Inspectorate General of the Defense Ministry to become high-ranking officer of the Army HQ (awaiting retirement).
6. Brig. Gen. I Nyoman Nastra from General Affairs Head of the University of Defense to become high-ranking officer of the Army HQ (awaiting retirement).
7. Colonel CKU Dwi Mastono from Middle Auditor of Inspectorate General of Defense Ministry to become Finance Inspector of the Inspectorate General of the Defense Ministry.
8. First Admiral Hari Utomo from lecturer at the Defense University to become Special Staff to the Navy's Chief of Staff.
9. Col. Dony Rizal P.A. Lubis from the General Secretariat of the Defense Ministry to become General Affairs Head of the University of Defense.
