TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The health condition of the third Indonesian President BJ Habibie has reportedly improved. He was admitted to Starnberg Clinic in Munchen due to the leaky heart valve.
"Yes it’s true, his condition is stable now, but still need further observation and to rest (at the hospital),” Public Relation official at The Habibie Center Mila Octaviani told Tempo Saturday, March 10. Currently, she added, Habibie is assisted by presidential doctor.

However, Mila said Habibie is not yet allowed to leave the hospital because he needs to fully rest while waiting for further observation from the team of doctors. "Because he cannot stand still if he’s home," she said.
Mila added that Habibie can now communicate but she has yet know when will he be discharged from the hospital.
BJ Habibie’s health condition has been decreasing since March 1. He had a short of breath and immediately taken to Starnberg Clinic in Munchen, Germany. The team of doctors diagnosed Habibie with a leaking heart valve as experienced by his late wife Hasri Ainun.
Habibie also treated with a cardiac catheterization to find out further about the condition of his leaking heart valve.
