KFC to Open Outlets at Pertamina Gas Stations

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned energy company Pertamina and KFC Indonesia have collaborated in strategic business partnership by opening KFC outlets at Pertamina gas filling stations (SPBU).

Pertamina Channel Management Manager of Retail Fuel Marketing Werry said consumer can enjoy other services at SPBU including a place to eat while refueling the vehicle.

"Pertamina and KFC also provide a Great Offer program," Werry said in Jakarta, Tuesday, February 27. The Great Offer program proposes the attractive deal such as Pertamina vouchers worth up to Rp10 thousand for consumers who spent Rp70 thousand at KFC drive-thru, and a direct reward of 1 pc KFC Hot and Crispy Chicken to those who refueling Rp250 thousand of Pertamax Series or Dex Series.

A lottery prize of 1 unit motorcycle Kawasaki Ninja, 1 unit Samsung Galaxy Note 8, 1 unit iPhone X, and 2 unit Dji Sparks mini-drones are also provided for loyal customers. The rewards are available at 60 SPBU Pasti Prima stations in Indonesia.

The Great Offer program as the collaboration of Pertamina and KFC will last from December 10, 2017, to January 9, 2018. "We understand that fast food restaurants are almost the first choice when traveling as it is faster to serve the food," Werry said.
