TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Senior investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Novel Baswedan has returned to Indonesia from Singapore on Thursday, 22 February.
Responding to it, the defendant of electronic identity card (e-KTP) corruption case Setya Novanto, trusts the KPK whether Novel will be re-assigned to investigate his case or not.
“We do not dare to interfere,” said Setya at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta.

He claimed to have been examined by Novel in the e-KTP corruption case. According to Setya, Novel worked professionally.
He hoped Novel Baswedan to recover soon so he can return to KPK. Setya Novanto appreciated the doctors and nurses who treated Novel despite he has not yet recovered 100 percent.
"We hope he will recover soon," said Setya Novanto.
