TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The spokesman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Febri Diansyah said the agency is deliberately wearing white shirts as a dress code and spreading a hashtag #NovelKembali (NovelReturns) for welcoming Novel Baswedan after the acid attack incident.
"We are welcoming Novel since he is part of the KPK's family as well as a symbol of corruption eradication that is still blocked by a number of issues, such as attacks on those who work to demolish corruption," Febri said on Wednesday, February 21.

A hashtag #NovelReturned also viral in social media as netizens pray for Novel's health. Febri hopes that the case investigation can be resolved in transparency. "Hopefully this Novel case is not as dark as his left eye and is not underestimated by all of us," he added.
Febri said the case disclosure of this attack against Novel is not for Novel alone. Therefore, he asked the government to actively joint the investigation to catch the attackers and the terrorists. "Remember that anyone might be the next victim if the suspects are not found, [the victim] could be KPK employees, other law enforcers, civil society, or journalists," he said.
