3 Dangers of Instant Noodles Besides Making Fat

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - There are some people who avoid eating instant noodles, they fear of weight gain because it contains many calories.

Besides the weight gain, instant noodles have three dangers that sometimes many people do not realize. Here they are:

1. The danger of Benzopyrene

Before eating instant noodles, make sure it does not contain benzopyrene. According to The Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) in 2012, they found it in six brands. It is called can cause various types of cancer.

2. Worsen the digestive system
