PSM vs Bali United, Emotions High Following PSM 0-1 Loss

TEMPO.CO, Makassar - Following PSM Makassar’s 0-1 loss against Bali United, players as-well-as assistant coaches of PSM Makassar were visibly angered and frustrated on Monday, November 6.
One of the players who was truly affected by the game’s final score was striker Ferdinand Sinaga. He was seen kicking the stadium’s gates and was yelling towards the supporters that were closing in on him. “Move away!” shouted Ferdinand, who walked directly to the locker room.
PSM’s assistant coach Bahar Muharram was also seen punching a Bali United player. He immediately approached Bali United’s bench after the final whistle was blown.
Instead of calming the situation, thousands of supporters went berserk and entered the field after Bali’s Stefano Lilipaly succeeded to score the single goal of the night.
Bali United players and were cornered into the middle of the field following the ordeal. They were finally evacuated by Mobile Brigade Police (Brimob) from the field to the stadium’s indoor room.
PSM Makassar is currently third in the final standings with 62 points, which is three points behind Bali United that currently tops the standings with only one match left in the series.
