"He is still doing his state duties," State Secretary Pratikno said on Tuesday, November 7.

"This morning we also discussed some of the latest issues," Pratikno said without elaborating further.

This morning, Jokowi and his family held several customary processions before the wedding of his daughter, Kahiyang Ayu. The Javanese wedding processions include adang sepisansiraman, installing bleketepe, and selling dawet.

Guests have started arriving at the wedding of the year since morning. The Solo Police have dispatched some 2,000 officers to regulate traffic in the city and surrounding neighborhoods.

Head of the Police Traffic Corps Insp. Gen. (Pol) Royke Lumowa said that President Jokowi wants to make sure that his daughter's wedding will not cause traffic jams that will bother the public.
