TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko Widodo or Jokowi is confident that the wedding ceremony of his only daughter Kahiyang Ayu with Bobby Afif Nasution will run smooth. Widodo said the preparation for the wedding, which is this weekend, is 100 percent completed.

"Yes. Thank goodness everything is done," Jokowi said at the state palace today, November 6.

According to the president, the series of Javanese wedding ceremonies begins tomorrow. The peak of the event will be the wedding vows' exchange on Wednesday, November 8, which is immediately followed by the reception at the Graha Saba Buana building in Solo, Central Java

Jokowi said he is not inviting guests from foreign countries for the wedding.

"No, I'm afraid that would be bothersome," he said, adding that most of the wedding guests, he said, are the people of Solo.
