Tempo Inti Media Directors Meet OJK Following Rights Issue Plan

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Tempo Inti Media Board of Directors will attend an assistance session with the Financial Service Authority (OJK) on Friday following the plan for a rights issue. The plan was earlier decided in an extraordinary meeting of shareholders in late July.
In the assistance session with OJK, Tempo Inti Media will be accompanied by securities companies, including Nikko Securities Indonesia.

The planned rights issue is aimed at developing the business and strengthening the company’s capital structure. Tempo Inti Media is targeting Rp20 billion in net income this year.
Tempo Inti Media has also approved a rights issue of 333 million shares or around 31.51 percent of the company’s stake. The company is aiming to raise Rp100 billion.
The shares of Tempo (IDX: TMPO) opened Thursday’s session at Rp260 per share and had risen to Rp272 or 4.62 percent. The company had a trading volume of 3.52 million shares. However, TMPO shares closing price was back to 260.
