TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Industry Minister Airlangga Hartarto is optimistic that national industrial growth on the second semester of 2017 will be better compared to that of the first semester. Such optimism is derived from the implementation of a number of economic policies by the government.

Domestic investment in industrial sector in the first semester of 2017 went up 2.80 percent into Rp 52.11 trillion compared to that of the same period last year with Rp 50.70 trillion. Meanwhile, foreign investment in industrial sector in the first semester of 2017 reached US$ 7.06 billion.
