Sri Mulyani Guarantees Transparency in CPNS Hiring Process

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati guarantees that the hiring process of civil servants (CPNS) at her ministry will be transparent, objective, and free of nepotism. She said everything will be done without discrimination and no fee will be charged.
"We will make this process as professional as possible," the minister said in Jakarta on Thursday, September 7.

Sri said that her ministry needs 2,880 CPNS to be selected for positions in the Directorate General, the Secretariat General, and the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK).
The vacancy is expected to meet the Ministry's need for new employees, as many of their staffs are entering retirement periods. Based on their records, the number of employees who will enter retirement age in 2015-2019 is 8,029 people.
The 2,880 vacancies are offered to applicants from three education-level categories; university graduates (733positions), post graduate (one), and diploma III holders (2,146 positions).
The recruitment process takes place from September 5 to December 14. Sri Mulyani asks those who are interested in following the CPNS selection to prepare well.
