KPK Arrest Judge, Judicial Clerks in Sting Operation in Bengkulu

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested a judge and two judicial clerks for the Corruption Court in a sting operation this morning in Bengkulu.
Bengkulu Police Criminal Investigation Director Sr. Comr. Herman said that the arrests were made over bribery charges. “They are still being interrogated,” Herman said.

Following the sting operation, KPK also nabbed two civil servants who have not been identified. The anti-graft agency spokesman Febri Diansyah has confirmed the arrests without giving further details.
Suhadi, a spokesman for the Supreme Court, could not confirm the arrest of a judge of the Bengkulu court in the KPK sting operation.
