TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian female gymnast Rifda Irfanaluthfi won the first gold medal at the 29th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 2017) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Rifda topped the gymnastic balance beam, collecting 13,125 points. The silver medal was won by Malaysia's Tan Ing Yueh who managed to score 13,100 points. Meanwhile, the bronze medal was won by Philippine gymnast De Guzman, Kaitlin Cera Lianne De La Cruz.

By Rifda’s win, Indonesia has collected 13th gold medals at the SEA Games 2017, so far. This places the country in the fifth position behind Thailand even though both countries are tied in gold medal achievements. Indonesia is five points behind in total scores.
