TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-Owned Enterprises Minister Rini Soemarno has appointed two new directors at Pertamina. With the addition of two new directors, the state oil firm now has 10 directors managing the company.
The two new directors are the director of investment planning and risk management Gigih Prakoso and the director for processing and petrochemical mega projects Ardhy Mokobombang.

Pertamina president director Elia Massa Manik said on Wednesday that the reshuffle of directors was the result of shareholders' general meeting.
The appointment of the two new directors is stipulated in the SOE Minister's Decree registered as SK-160/MBU/08/2017, on the Termination, Changes in Nomenclatures of Occupation, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of Pertamina's Board of Directors.
Massa said directors' change is normal for every company. "The substitution of personnel in a company happens all the time," he said in a written statement.
