In stage two, two sets of trains consisting of four carriages arrived at the end of July. The train is also placed on the Skytrain lane. "All Skytrain units will undergo physical checks before testing," Yado said.

Technically, Yado said, what is currently being carried out, is the  final stage work for the Skytrain path from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 and vice versa. At this stage, some work done checks tracks of tracks, paths, electrical systems and guide rails on track A and track B is being performed.

According to Yado, after the track work is completed, then trials will be conducted.

Director of Operations and Engineering PT Angkasa Pura II, Djoko Murdjatmojo, estimates the Skytrain test will be conducted in mid-August. "During the trials, Skytrain will be pulled back and forth to Terminals 2 and 3 with the driver without passengers," said Djoko.

An empty Skytrain test with the driver will be continuously done until the time is sufficient. "In accordance with the provisions, the train must be with a driver within a certain time, after all the new save without a driver," said Djoko.

Previously, Angkasa Pura II promised that the Skytrain at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has been completed and ready to be tested end of July and will operate this August. However, due to technical constraints, the  Skytrain trial schedule has been delayed.

The first stage of the Skytrain will operate one train set consisting of two carriages serving from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3.
