Hary Tanoesoedibjo Skips Police Questioning in Defamation Case

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Hary Tanoesoedibjo has skipped police questioning as a suspect in a libel and defamation case.
Hary’s legal team member Adidharma Wicaksono said that his client could not comply with the police summons because he has another commitment.

The National Police had served a summons on the chairman of Perindo Party. Investigators had expected Hary Tanoesoedibjo to comply with it.
Hary Tanoe was earlier questioned by the Police’s Cyber Crime Directorate as a witness over alleged threatening text messages (SMS) against Junior Attorney Agung Yulianto.

Moreover, Adidharma will ask police investigators to reschedule Hary Tanoenoedibjo’s questioning. “We have asked that the questioning be undertaken on July 11 or afterward,” he said.
