TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today will question Justice and Human Rights Minister Yasonna Laoly over the electronic identity cards (e-KTP) case.
“Investigators told me that Yasonna H Laoly will be questioned for suspect AA [Andi Agustinus],” the KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said today in Jakarta.

Yasonna skipped questioning earlier on February 3 and 8. He was summoned for interrogation over defendants, former home affairs ministry officials Irman and Sugiharto.
Aside from Yasonna, the KPK have also served summons on house members allegedly involved in the budgeting process of the e-KTP project.

Febri added that the KPK will be focusing on questioning politicians in e-KTP graft case.
“Investigation into political cluster is one of the most important parts in the e-KTP case. In trial proceedings, there has been revelations about a series of events allegedly involved political actors, the bureaucracy and private sector,” Febri said.

Yasonna in a written statement said that he will comply with the summons.
“I will come at 11 am to the KPK for questioning as a witness,” Yasonna said yesterday.
He said that he had twice skipped questioning because he had other plans.
