TEMPO.CO, Doha - The United Arab Emirates has threatened to impose an economic embargo against Qatar along with several Gulf states.
Meanwhile, Bahrain has cut diplomatic ties with Qatar as per Thursday. The country says it is ready to engage in negotiations in dealing with the Qatar situation.

UAE Foreign Affairs Minister Anwar Gargash told Reuters they will tighten economic curbs on Qatar if necessary. "I ask Doha to commit strongly to not funding armed groups," he said on Wednesday.
Gargash also told France 24 television that his country may opt to impose "a sort of embargo on Qatar".
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain and Yemen have suspended all diplomatic ties with Qatar on Monday, alleging it of supporting armed groups and Iran.
Qatar has repeatedly denied those charges.
