Densus 88 Arrests Man Allegedly Link to Kampung Melayu Bombing

TEMPO.CO, Yogyakarta - The Densus 88 counterterrorism squad on Tuesday has arrested a man suspected to be linked with the recent Kampung Melayu bombing. The 33-year-old man was arrested at his parents' home in Kepek Village, Gunung Kidul Regency.
The man, Rochmat Septriyanto, was arrested along with his wife and three children. They were taken to the Gunung Kidul Police Precinct before he was transferred to the Yogyakarta Mobile Brigade (Brimob) Headquarters. His wife and children were sent home.

As of today, Rochmat is still detained in the Brimob Headquarters.
"There is a possibility he will be taken to Jakarta," the Yogyakarta Police spokesman Adj. Sr. Comr. Yulianto said.
The police said that Rochmat is suspected to be a member of the terrorist network responsible for the Kampung Melayu bombing in Jakarta.
