TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) has urged the government to maintain the stability of property sector growth in order to have a consistent economic growth.
Kadin’s Chairman Rosan P. Roeslani said to do so, regulations that have not been enacted should be consulted first with stakeholders, including business players in property sector, before they are pubished to the mediar or the public.
According to Rosan, this is important for businessmen because it would affect the country’s property sector performance.
Rosan added that Kadin is also now making efforts to boost the growth of the country’s property sector because in the past three years, the country’s property industries have been facing tough challenges, caused by among others economic slowdown.
“There must be a shared understanding between the government and business players in property sector so the sector can develop well. Property sector plays an important role for other sectors," Rosan said on Friday(14/4).
