TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Chief of the Corruption Eradication Commission Agus Rahardjo, stated that the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) is considered to be the most disobedient agency in terms of submitting the government official wealth report (LHKPN). According to Agus, the DPRD only have a 30 to 40 percent compliance rate.

"The House of Representatives [DPR] is better than the DPRD. The DPR has a much higher [participation level]. Although there some [DPR members] are yet to submit their report. We will immediately socialize it to ministries and agencies," Agus said on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

Agus said that the Ministry of Finance has the highest LHKPN compliance level with 99.43 percent compliance rate. Out of 29,806 officials in the Ministry of Finance, only 163 have yet to hand over their LHKPN.

Agus appreciated the high level of participation by the Finance Ministry, which is something he is proud of. "Let's improve this. There are still 163 officials that need to report soon. KPK surely supports this," Agus said.

The Finance Ministry is also the first ministry to adopt the electronic LHKPN filling system also known as e-LHKPN. With the e-LHKPN, Agus explained, every report will automatically be stored in the KPK's server.
