TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Various ways of making a delicious dish from chicken meat seems endless. Some of them are by grilled, frying, boiled, baked, and making them into nuggets.

Its soft texture, savory, and easy to cook made chicken meat to be one of the chosen foods by mothers and chefs alike. Quoting from the allrecipes site, there is a simple way to make a grilled chicken with Parmesan cheese.

The recipe was made by Chef John and it had been read by thousands of people, plus 834 reviews. "I've made it with the style of casserole (using a heat resistant container and can be directly served)," he said. "There are no frying, but the chicken will still tasty and aromatic, its sweet meat will be covered by savory and delicious cheese sauce."

To cook using this recipe, you will need 50 minutes of preparation time: 15 minutes to prepare the ingredients and 35 minutes to grill the meat. The following are the needed ingredient and how to make a grilled chicken with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper finely sliced

- 6 pieces of chicken breast without skin

- 472 milliliters of marinara sauce or tomato paste

- 226 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

- 113 grams of parmesan cheese, grated

- Sliced garlic and fresh basil leaves to taste

How to Make:

- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius

- Cover the bottom of a casserole size 22x33 centimeters with olive oil, then sprinkle with sliced garlic and red pepper.

- Arrange chicken breasts on top, then pour marinara sauce or tomato paste.

- Sprinkle with basil and mozzarella cheese, followed with parmesan cheese.

- Bake in the oven until the cheese is lightly browned. Roasting time will be about 35 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the shape and thickness of the chicken breast.

In the roasting process, you can use a layer of aluminum foil on the container for easy cleaning.
