Jakarta administration’s infrastructure development will focus on flats, among others. It aims to establish up to 11,105 flats next year, most of which are carryover projects. However, some are single-year projects currently in the tender process.
“Some are multi-year [projects], but most are single-year [projects],” he noted.
Jakarta city council has recently approved the 2017 regional budget amounting to Rp70.19 trillion. It is expected that regional working unit (SKPD) can use the budget in early January next year.
