Boyz II Men to Hold Concert in Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta

TEMPO.CO, Surabaya - An American R&B/soul vocal group Boyz II Men will hold a concert in Surabaya, Wednesday, August 17, 2016. According to the CEO of Rajawali Indonesia Communication Anas Syahrul Alimi, the event will be held at Diandra Convention Hall, Gramedia Expo, Surabaya, at 7 PM.
“Rajawali Indonesia is the promoter of the event,” Syahrul told a press conference at Diandra Convention Hall, Tuesday, August 16, 2016.
In today’s concert, the group, comprising Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris, will perform for around 1.5 hours. They will sing 20 to 25 hits from the ‘90s.
“With regard to the song list, we have yet to know it, it’s been kept secret by their management,” he said.
Marketing Communication of Rajawali Indonesia Bonny Prasetya said that online tickets are already sold out. Therefore, Boyz II Men fans are encouraged to buy it on the spot.
There are four ticket categories, namely Diamond at Rp2 million, Platinum at Rp1 million, Gold at Rp500,000 and Festival category at Rp250,000.
“As for Surabaya, we have issued 2000 to 2500 tickets, 80 percent of which have been sold out,” Bonny said.
Aside from Surabaya, Boyz II Men will hold concerts in two other cities, namely Bandung on August 18 at Eldorado, and Yogyakarta on August 20 at Prambanan Temple. “We still have some ticket quotas left for Bandung, while [tickets] for Yogyakarta are still available,” Bonny said.
