TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned Enterprises Minister Dahlan Iskan won the Democrat Party's (PD) presidential candidate convention, which was launched in September 2013 and attended by 11 contestants, as reported by Antara News.

The Convention chairman, Maftuh Basyuni, said here on Friday that the results of the surveys conducted by three survey institutions on the 11 convention contestants indicated that Dahlan scored the highest points.

"The survey results of the three survey institutions concluded that Mr Dahlan Iskan scored the highest points of 17.8 percent," Maftuh said.
