TEMPO.CO, Brussels – Belgium is set to hold its first chocolate exhibition in Brussels from February 7 to February 9, 2014. Xinhua reported that Vice Mayor Marion Lemesre has announced that the exhibition will be attended by 89 chocolatiers, Belgian and international.
At the exhibition, visitors can not only follow the great masters and sample their recipes, but also try their skills at the workshops. Moreover, the event will also include a parade of chocolate dresses from fashion creators and chocolate masters.
Belgium itself is know as a country with the largest chocolate consumption in the world after Switzerland. Belgium Chocolate is know to have lots of variety and flavors. Chocolate is also a major element in its domestic economy, with 53 percent of increase in sale from 2004 to 2009.
