TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Muchsin Alatas, Islamic Defender Front (FPI) spokesman said Islamic Community Organization Brotherhood will march in protest in front of MNC Tower and Indonesia Police Headquarter. "Right after Friday prayer, we will visit the two places," said Muchsin. He mentioned that the brotherhood aimed to stop Miss World 2013 in Nusa Dua, Bali.

"We must meet MNC Boss, Harry Tanoesoedibjo‎. We must stop the event because it is against (Islamic) religious and cultural norm," he said. If the demand receives no response, the brotherhood will sue Harry Tanoesoedibjo to the law enforcement.

Muchsin said that the two beauty pageants, Miss Universe and Miss World, are equally sinful. "In 2005 in Thailand, Artika Sari Devi and the rest of the contestants were not only wearing bikinis, they were also photographed naked in the wardrobe before the costume guys," he said.
