TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Chelsea will have a new manager at the end of this week: the Special One, Jose Mourinho. "At the end of the week I will be the manager of Chelsea. I feel the people there love me and in life you have to look for that. Life is beautiful and short and you must look for what you think is best for you," Jose told a Spanish television Punto Pelota, as quoted by Daily Mail on Monday.
Mourinho left Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday without saying goodbye to Cristiano Ronaldo, Pepe, and Casillas, who did not play in the last match against Ossasuna. Alvaro Arbeola, known for his loyalty to Mourinho, claimed that the coach was betrayed by some players. During the last match against Ossasuna, some Real Madrid key players were sitting on the bench. After the match, Mourinho spoke about the absence of those players, claiming that the press had not told the truth about why Casillas had been dropped.
"I would just like to say that the players who were not called up have either been declared unfit by the medical team, or consider themselves unfit. Pepe, Cristiano and Iker Casillas were suffering from back pain and haven't trained this week and weren't on form last week either. They considered themselves unfit to play this match," he said.
Real Madrid supporters were divided into two in the last match: a majority who mocked Mourinho, and those who glorified and gave him warm hugs after the match.
