TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Following the launching of FC Barcelona's Indonesian official website, the club immediately greeted the country through a short video. The video shows three Barcelona's players Andres Iniesta, Gerard Pique, and Cesc Fabregas struggling to speak Bahasa Indonesia in the video.
The video begins with Iniesta folding both hands in front of his chest and said, "Barca sekarang berbahasa Indonesia [Barca is now speaking Indonesian]." In the video, Iniesta stood in front of Barcelona's training complex in Sant Joan Despi, Barcelona.
Pique then appeared and said "Hidup Barca, hidup Indonesia [long live Barca, long live Indonesia]." His appereance was followed by Fabregas who said "Sampai jumpa di situs Barca [see you at Barca's official site]," while smiling.
Iniesta closed the video with a classic Indonesian gesture, by putting together both palms in front of his chest, then bowed and said, "Terima kasih [thank you]."
Indonesia is the eight official language of Barcelona's official website, after Catalan, Spain, Arabic, French, Japanese, and Chinese. The site can be accessed through www.fcbarcelona.co.id.
