TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale rocked Klungkung Regency, Bali, Thursday, November 15, at 12:23 a.m.
“The epicenter was 78 kilometers southwest of Klungkung, Bali,” the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency or BMKG wrote on its Twitter account, Thursday, November 15.
The epicenter in the sea was measured to be sourced from a depth of 20 kilometers. The coordinate of the earthquake point was precisely at 9.42 South Latitude, and 115.41 East Longitude. BMKG said this earthquake had no tsunami potential.
In a reply to the BMKG twitter account, the @marissaadn twitter account said the earthquake was felt hard until Kuta, Bali.
“In Kuta, it feels really hard, it immediately wakes me up,” she wrote at 00.41 a.m. on Twitter.
