TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian national soccer team defeated Mauritius 1-0 in FIFA international friendly match at Wibawa Mukti Stadium in Cikarang, West Java, on Tuesday.

The Indonesian goal in the match was scored by Evan Dimas Darmono in the 90th minute.

During the match, the Indonesian national team fielded Boaz Solossa as a single striker, and supported by Stefano Lilipaly as a midfielder right behind Solossa.

The two players were supported by two wings, Febri Hariyadi and Irfan Jaya on the left and right sides.

Meanwhile Mauritius played the players of the 2018 South African Association of Councilors (COSAFA) Cup players like goalkeeper Kevin Jean Louis, defender Jonathan Sp?ville and midfielder Adel Langue from the first minute.

Indonesian players coached by Bima Sakti and Danurwindo, gave pressing from the start of the match.

Indonesia created a golden opportunity to score in the 11th minute through a kick from Hansamu Yama Pranata from inside of the penalty box. However, the experiment was still hovering over the Mauritius goalkeeper guarded by Kevin Jean-Louis.

Two minutes later, Mauritius relied on counterattacks, opened the opportunity to score a defender from Fabrice Augustin`s kick. The ball went right into the goal, but Awan Setho successfully brushed it off.

There was no goal created in the remaining time of the first half. The score remained 0-0 until the break time.

In the second half, Indonesia continued to press and get chances in the 54th minute through Boaz, but can be secured by the rifle opponent goalkeeper.

Stefano Lilipaly created two golden chances in a span of six minutes. In the one-on-one situations with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute, the naturalized player`s kick was blocked by the goalkeeper.

Then in the 67th minute, Indonesia could have scored if a free kick from Lilipaly could not be anticipated by goalkeeper Kevin Jean-Louis.
