Gerindra: AHY Joins Prabowo - Sandiaga`s Campaign Team

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said that Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono or AHY was in the list of Prabowo-Sandiaga campaign team.

"I saw it (the list) yesterday, his (AHY`s) name was on the list of the campaign team,” Dasco said at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 4.

Dasco stated that the team to success Prabowo-Sandiaga in the 2019 election would be filled by professionals, rather than political party politicians. “Most of them are professionals; the purpose is to have a new energy and we expect to gain more voters,” he said.

Since the beginning, AHY is expected to join in Prabowo - Sandiaga campaign team. Apart from his figure that is popular among the public, AHY is also a cadre from the Democratic Party, the party which supports Prabowo - Sandiaga.
