TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia’s prestigious automotive exhibition, the 2018 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) is once again held at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta from April 19-April 29.

The 2018 IIMS official exhibition organizer, PT Dyandra Promosindo is hoping that the exhibition will generate transactions valued up to the trillions.

“Our goal is to see transactions up to Rp3.2 trillion until the last day of the exhibition,” said Dyandra Promosindo public relations head Dahnia on Sunday, April 22.

Despite the ambitious goal, Dahnia has not been made aware of the total amount of transactions heading into the fourth day of the 2018 IIMS considering that not every participant has reported back.

“We haven’t received the complete report,” said Dahnia.

Furthermore, last year’s IIMS managed to generate a total transaction of Rp3.1 trillion that was contributed by the roughly 500,000 visitors. The 2018 IIMS is participated by almost every car and motorcycle manufacturers and aftermarket products that market its products in Indonesia.
