During a trial at the Corruption Court held yesterday, Setya testified that Puan Maharani received US$500 thousand. In addition to Puan, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung allegedly received money from the same source. According to Setya, the money was given by Made Oka Masagung.
According to Puan, she never discussed the e-KTP project while serving as Chairman of the PDI-P faction at the House of Representatives.
Puan Maharani said that Setya’s testimony in court should be based on facts, "not on the words that he said.".
