“The number of visitors who entered the National Monument area is predicted to reach 10,000 people,” Endrati said in a press release received by Tempo today.
By 3 p.m. today, the number of visitors was recorded at 5,583 people. The figure was based on the number of visitors who conducted non-cash transactions at the gate.
Endrato predicted that the figure could reach 9,000 people by this evening. However, not all visitors will be allowed to climb to the top of the monument, as the operator only provides 2,000 tickets to enjoy the view from the top of the monument.
