TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo is the biggest contender of Joko Widodo alias Jokowi in the upcoming 2019 presidential election, survey says.
The result was shown in surveys conducted by three pollsters: Financial Time Confidential Research (FTCR), Saiful Mujani Research Centre (SMRC) and Indo Barometer. “Anything can happen. But there will be two or three tickets in 2019 election, Jokowi against Prabowo. Another ticket depends on how Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono positions the Democrat Party,” Indo Barometer Executive Director Muhammad Qudori told Tempo yesterday.
