Garuda Now Provides Indonesian Cuisine On Board

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - National carrier Garuda Indonesia is set to serve Indonesian traditional cuisine for the first class and business class passengers on its Jakarta – Amsterdam – London route.
"We are going to serve various Indonesian cuisines such as nasi tumpeng (cone-shaped yellow rice) and various kinds of satay," said Garuda Indonesia chef on board Reno Malano and chef Marcel Basuki to Antara on board Garuda Indonesia on its Jakarta-London route, Saturday (1/8).
Garuda Indonesia introduces Indonesian cuisine on board on its flights to a number of destinations in the world in including London as an effort to provide best services to its passengers, especially business and first class passengers, by providing Indonesian traditional cuisine.
"It is an honor to promote various kinds of Indonesian cuisine to our passengers,” Chef Reno added.
