TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Domestic banks are aggressively disbursing syndicated loans following the industry's improving liquidity. Bank Central Asia (BBCA) is recorded as the biggest loan book runner with US$294.36 million this year so far.
Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) followed with a syndicated loan total of US$290.23 million to PT Kartanegara Energi Perkasa and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
In third and fourth place are Japan-based Mitsubishi UFJ Financial and Mizuho Financial, each disbursing US$288.48 million.
Meanwhile, Indonesia' biggest bank in terms of asset Bank Mandiri (BMRI) is the fifth loan book runner with US$235.14 million credit disbursement to PT Archi Indonesia Tbk dan PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya Tbk.
