TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Head of Police Crime Unit at the Police Headquarter, Commissioner General Budi Waseso, claimed that there will always be dirty cops, violating rules. Therefore, Budi Waseso urged the police to help clean up and guide the force.

"You can either guide or eradicate them," said Budi Waseso on Tuesday, June 2.

However, Budi said that the people cannot judge the police because on such prejudice. He said that the recent fallout with the Corruption Eradication Commission was a mere individual feud.

“Things are better now, but we still have some disturbing news," he said.

Waseso has asked police to also keep their heads up in case of such attack. "A lot of people want to belittle the police, limiting our authority," he said.
