Ciputra Confident to Surpass Rp500bn Gardenville Sale

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Ciputra is confident that it could rake a whopping Rp500 billion to Rp600 billion in two years from residential sales in the Gardenville Citra Raya District, Cikupa, Tangerang.
This value is assumed to be derived from the sale of 800 landed houses, and is targeted to be entirely sold within two years. The hundreds of houses scattered in five clusters consist 200-250 houses per cluster.
Marketing General Manager PT Ciputra Residence Yance Ongko said he is confident that all 800 units could be sold out in a year. “The total of 800 houses are located in a land measuring 20 hectares,” he said after introducing Granada Citra Raya Cluster in Tangerang on Monday, May 25.
Granada is the first cluster to be created from a total of five clusters to be developed in Gardenville District, Citra Raya Residence. The cluster consist of 250 houses, but for its debut sale, 100 units will be available, with a value sale believed to reach around Rp200 billion.
